equador bench

  • 2022

The Equador line, initiated in 2021 with the launch of a chair with this same name, now has new components: armchair, dinner table, and benches (these coming in two different sizes—individual and for seating three). The design subtly combines geometric traits—conical legs—and others of a more organic nature, such as curves and oval crosspieces. The frames with cane webbing allude to Japanese ideograms and to Native culture. The cane webbing is irregular and astounding, just like the table’s legs that go beyond the limitation of the top. Chair, armchair, and benches are made of Sucupira wood; the dinner table is made of Cumarú wood.
